Meet the team working hard to make Glava’s House a success

Our team

Claudia Kuznetsov, Founder & CEO

Claudia Kuznetsov, a longtime resident of Marion County since her immigration from Brazil at the age of 6, has dedicated her life to the service of others, particularly in the realm of elder care. Following her initial settlement, Claudia, driven by a sense of responsibility towards her widowed mother, sought employment, eventually establishing a family and raising four daughters.

After 29 years, Claudia and her family transitioned to Montana, marking a period where her children embarked on their own life journeys. Seizing the opportunity, Claudia re-entered the workforce, managing a home care agency for a commendable 15 years. It was during this time that she recognized the substantial demand for senior care in the valley, fostering her passion for assisting the elderly.

The turning point occurred when Claudia, compelled by familial circumstances, returned to Oregon after her mother's sudden demise. Undertaking the full-time care of her ailing father-in-law, Claudia found purpose and fulfillment in a role she had not been afforded with her own mother. Following his passing, Claudia dedicated herself to a noble mission—providing compassionate care for the elderly and children with intellectual disabilities.

Looking toward the future, Claudia aspires to establish a facility that embodies inclusivity and love, where individuals from all walks of life are welcomed and receive dedicated care. Her extensive experience, coupled with her unwavering commitment to the well-being of those she serves, positions Claudia Kuznetsov as an exemplary leader in the field of elder care.
